Journey back to my roots

On the outside, I looked like I was holding it all together — but inside, I was barely holding on.

I came to realize: it wasn’t just me. Our biology simply wasn’t built for the speed and pressure of modern life.

No wonder we’re seeing such a rise in burnout, depression, and anxiety. 1 in 3 women globally now experience anxiety disorders, and rates of depression have increased by over 25% since the pandemic.

To save my sanity, I knew I needed a solution.

After years of searching, I found my way back to my roots — and to one of the oldest healing systems in the world –– Ayurveda, the “Ancient Science of Life.”

Over the past 10 years, I’ve lived an Ayurvedic lifestyle — one rooted in mindful nourishment, daily rhythms, movement, reflection, and herbs tailored to my unique self.

The demands of life haven’t disappeared — but now, I’ve found am anchor within – a grounding, an inner stillness that helps me weather the storm (...well, most of the time 😉).

As I embrace this new chapter, I feel called to share what I’ve learned and help make the journey smoother for those curious about Ayurveda. I’m here to walk beside you on your path, as you choose.
