You naturally have a strong internal drive and passion, but summer can push your inner fire into overdrive.

Signs of imbalance: Anger, skin rashes, acid reflux, impatience, fatigue from overworking.

  • Cool your body: Sip on mint, rose, or coriander tea. Avoid spicy, fried foods.

  • Rest and reset: Schedule downtime. Resist the urge to hustle through everything.

  • Water therapy: Daily cool showers or a quick dip in nature soothes the fire.

  • Moon time magic: Spend 10 minutes under the moonlight. It’s energetically calming.

💨 Vata (Air) Types: Ground the ‘Wind’

Your light, airy nature can feel even more scattered with all the stimulation of summer.

Signs of imbalance: Anxiety, dry skin, gas, sleeplessness, overwhelm.

  • Stay hydrated: Sip lukewarm water with fennel or cucumber.

  • Eat grounding foods: Think sweet, moist, and mildly spiced — like cooked oatmeal with ghee or summer squashes.

  • Stick to a rhythm: Create a calming routine with regular meals and bedtime.

🌱 Kapha (Earth) Types: Energize & Lighten the ‘Earth’
