A CELEBRATION OF WOMANHOOD
The Art of Cyclical Living—An Ayurvedic Retreat for Women 🌿
As women, our lives move through cycles—energy, rest, renewal, and transformation.
But in the modern daily life, we often push against these rhythms, leaving us drained and disconnected.
🌿 Ayurveda teaches us to honor these cycles—to live in flow with nature, finding resilience, balance, and joy.
✨ This Fall Ayurvedic Retreat is your sacred pause: a day to restore your energy, reconnect with yourself, and celebrate womanhood in community.
YOU are meant to be whole.
The day retreat to restore your natural state
of (w)holistic balance.
