Who is this retreat for?
Anyone at any stage of life who want to understand their bodies, feel more ease with their mind & emotions, and build sustainable habits for their busy lives.
Do I need prior experience with Ayurveda or Yoga?
No — all levels are welcome. We meet you where you are. Although the program is designed for Beginners to Intermediate. The focus is on building small, consistent daily habits.
Will I be physically challenged?
The movement is gentle & restorative. You’ll be guided with care, and encouraged to listen to your body. Most suggested practices are virtually. You are also welcome to attend Inye Yoga (in-person) (additionally).
Food and dietary needs?
The program is designed for a Vegetarian diet for optimal cleanse (please ask for specific dietary needs).
