WHOLE FALL RESET

7-Day Ayurvedic Seasonal Reset

7 Days to Pause. 3 Days to Simplify.

A gentle Ayurvedic reset to help you transition into fall with more rhythm, nourishment, and intention.

The summer sun is fading and schedules are changing. Life gets busier when you were hoping it would slow down—and your body may be noticing it too.

Maybe your digestion isn’t as settled. Your energy has dipped. Your sleep isn’t as restful. Or you simply want to get back into a rhythm.

Fall is a season of transition. Ayurveda encourages us to transition with it: slow down, simplify, and reconnect with what your body needs.

October 24–31, 2026 · Fully online · CA$87

Led by Dr. Leena Sripada ND, Surbhi Joshi of Poōrna Wellness, and Eddee from INYE Yoga.

You may be ready for a reset if…

  • You feel tired after a busy summer and hope things will slow down.

  • Your digestion or energy feels off.

  • You’re craving simpler, more nourishing food.

  • You want to learn about Ayurveda in a practical way.

  • You feel like your body is asking for a pause.

  • You want support and a clear, manageable routine.

Follow the guidance on your own schedule and integrate small practices into daily living. Just come curious.

Who is it not for?

This group wellbeing program is not designed for rapid weight loss, an intensive cleanse, personalised medical treatment, intensive fitness, or an in-person retreat.

You don’t need experience with Ayurveda or yoga.

A gentle, nourishing cleanse

This seven-day guided experience brings together simpler food, a sustainable rhythm, mindful practices, and a little more space to listen to your body.

At the heart of the reset is a three-day kitchari cleanse, supported by preparation, recipes, and gentle practices. Kitchari is a warm Ayurvedic dish traditionally made with rice, split mung beans, and spices.

The focus is nourishment and daily rhythm, without fasting, calorie counting, or promises of rapid weight loss.

What’s included

  • 3-Day Kitchari Cleanse — simple, nourishing Ayurvedic meals with guidance and recipes.

  • Mindfulness + Gentle Movement — daily, doable practices to help you slow down and reconnect.

  • Short Insightful Videos — practical teachings you can fit into your day and use beyond the reset.

  • Daily Structured Guidance — emails, guidance, and encouragement throughout your reset.

  • 2 Live Group Sessions: October 24 & 31, 2026 — come together, ask questions, and stay supported.

  • Printable guides and private community support — keep your next steps clear and stay connected.

Why reset as the seasons change?

Summer’s warmth and activity give way to cooler days and changing routines. In Ayurveda, this seasonal transition is a time to adjust how we eat, move, and rest.

Warm, nourishing food and a more consistent rhythm offer a practical way to care for yourself as you enter fall.

For women 40+, this is also an invitation to notice changing needs and make space for habits that support everyday wellbeing.

You can take away a clearer understanding of seasonal self-care, simple meals, mindful practices, and small habits to continue beyond these seven days.

Your experience will be individual. Participate at a pace that suits your needs.

Simpler food. Sustainable rhythm. Mindful practices.
